    please clarify the location.

There is a borders at 588 Francisco, Blvd, West, San Rafael, CA 94901

There is also a Borders on 588 Francisco St., San Francisco, CA 94133.

The 2 places are about 16 miles apart but that commute could take as much as 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

  6. I beleive the Japanese first pressing was a limited edition with Clear Horizon bonus track and in HD and that future pressings would be differnt.
I understand that the japanese market tend to only produce CDs in fairly limited quantities now, but probably because it was the first place to issue the release they had an unprecedented demand from overseas.
