Anyone know which american online retailer can deliver the quickest. Ordered mine on Amazon 2 months ago to be informed yesterday it won't be delivered until 10 October earliest.
Yes in UK. When you try to place an order it's either now got "open order" status or some stupid awful wait. Think there is an issue about quantities available for online retailers. My delivery date with Amazon has now been postponed 3 times so puzzled that there are 2 copies available to buy when I have had mine as a pre-order for 3 months.

Amazon tends to be the best bet for the US though someone may know an independent outlet. I do not.

I'm going to Warsaw next week but this album doesn't seem to be released in Poland? How come? Will there be a DVD as well?
